HARA is a songwriter, producer, and engineer currently based in Phoenix. His foundation was shaped within the tight-knit music communities of Southern California, where collaboration, resourcefulness, and artists supporting one another were central to the process. His path began as a drummer, developing a deep instinct for pacing and arrangement — instincts that naturally evolved into writing and producing songs from the ground up.

After moving to Chicago in 2016, he began freelancing as an engineer, working across independent and commercial studios. Experiencing the full cycle of writing, recording, and touring as a musician sharpened his understanding of how a song needs to feel — not just technically, but emotionally.

Today, he works with artists, in person and remote, to transform raw ideas and demos into fully realized, release-ready records. From early vision and arrangement to recording, production, and mixing, HARA brings clarity, depth, and intention to every stage — creating music that feels honest and distinctly personal.
